After a successful launch, the company needed help on redefining its strategic focus from start up to scale up. Zipcar is the world's leading car sharing network. Shortly after opening up the first free floating market in Brussels, they were struggling to find new members to make the model work. I delivered the necessary growth by implementing a mix of online growth marketing tactics including advertising, refer a friend programme and affiliate marketing.
